Happy 2009 people! :D

Wow, this year's really irreplacable i can say. Hardship, friendship & relationships, all etched in my heart. New friends, new environment, new subjects, new teachers, new challenges.

& this list goes on and on and on.

Anyways, here are my newyear's resolutions.

Firstly, i will work really hard next year and get into the course i want.
Secondly, i will learn to appreciate my friends more.
Thirdly, its a secret.

Please dont come to me and say, "Aiyaaaaa, promises can be broken, so do resolutions." Heyyyyy, im trying to be hell serious this time round okays? I'll still try to blog frequently though. So yeah, keep the tags coming in. (:

Yesterday (its already 1.21pm!), went out with Rex, Zann, Tao Kai, Valerie, Linxian and his friend. Rex and i were quite late, and Zann was complaining. Ooops. :D

Caught Yes Man at Plaza Sing. and yeah, i was very disappointed! I dontknow why but the movie bored me. I almost fell asleep somewhere in the middle. :/ Is it because people already told me the funny parts? Or was it because my mind was somewhere else.. AIYA. $8.50 wasted. :/

Then it was MOF @ Bugis. Had an icecream while the others ate. Linxian and his friend very dao lorhs! He still dare sms me, saying never. :/

Then it was countdown at home. (:

Incredible right?

It seems like almost a quarter of Singapore was in Compass point last saturday. And if its what you are thinking, NO! Im not at the scene, the picture credits goes to Peisi! I really wonder how she can walk through this crowd man. Two thumbs up for that. :D

Everyone was there to see the casts of The Little Nyonya. Newspapers are also publishing its watching rates almost everyday! I was commenting to Peisi on Facebook that these people really dont have to work uh? Even Bernice agrees that its crazy. Hahs.

Anyways, been reading the newspaper these few days. Not for entertainment, cause i doubt there will be any for me, but because of newspaper reflections homework. Argh, darn.

But hey! I came across this very sacarstic but funny article in The Straits Times, Life. Its about people who works as a shopping mall Santa. Let me quote a few interesting lines, as the article is simply too long to type out. :D (you can skip this part if you have no interest.)

Played with Pudding most of the time today. She's so, and i emphasise, SO clever! Was randomly playing with her and we found out that she can fetch! A baby of close 4months who can fetch, awwwww.

~~Her breath stinks though. :/~~ Laughs.

Met Debao before tuition and he handed me my dog's clothes and a Christmas present. Still thanks, though i doubt i'll use that pair of cute chopsticks. LOL. Though with that 'helper', i still fnd it tough alrights. -.-

Chopsticks are enemies with Yvonne.

Then met with Angeline, Huihui, Laywen and Vanessa at that Jap restaurant and went for tuition. It was still Differentiation, and it will be on-going for another 2 months. Omg.

Smsed Linxian throughout, i still thinks he sleeps very early. 10 o'clock's his bedtime. LOL. Anyways, dont sad le! Im sure you'll be fine with your friends like before. Misunderstandings uh. Cheerup! (:

And it was so funny when he asked me if Sandy and Hongkiat's a thing. LOL.

Its Christmas! Its the occasion where young children start looking around for Santa and presents. I remember times when i was young, my mum used to lie to us about Santa only giving presents to children who sleep early. And yes, when we wake up, we never fail to spot a present just beside our pillow or bed.

Those memories stay. (:

22nd,

Went out with Clique to the cinemas. Half of us watched Twilight and the other half watched Yes Man. I must say both movies are quite nice, though Twilight disappointed me a little. They really cut alot from the book. Aye, shrugges.

23rd,

Chalet @ Downtown East with ex 6C. I must say this one's successful, everyone actually took group photos together and slacked together. The guys offered to barbeque while the girls camwhored, and we all settled down in the chalet room to watch Xiao Niang Re. :D

Midnight movie till 2am and camwhored in the rain. (:

24th,

Christmas eve's dinner at Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel. If you're wondering where it is, it's opposite Parkway Parade, next to Paramount Hotel. We purposely avoided town area to not get stuck in the jam.

Of course, the food there cannot be compared to town's. But nevertheless, we all had fun with balloons! We managed to stuff around 30 balloons in the car, 15 in the boot and 15 infront and brought them home. :D

Jingting & Co. came over at night. Ate logcake, and received quite alot of Christmas wishes. Thanks guys! (:

25th,

We went Christmas Ktv today! 2pm to 7pm at Marina Sq, with Dawn, Rex & family and my family. It's really damn expensive, $30 per person.

At the near end, i almost fell asleep as the parents started singing their old Canto and Hokkien songs. Hahas, lullaby huh. :D

In the afternoon, went to ToaPayoh's temple to baibai with mum and sisters. I guess this was really the first time i didnt grumble about going to a temple. Normally i'll whine about the smell and the crowd. I surprised myself even. (:

Then went to BukitTimah to buy my sister's uniform. The shop diagonally opposite it sells musical instruments, and i was quite entertained looking at the guitars and drumsets on sale. One Harrison drumset costs around $700! It was quite stylo, but i can actually eat 7000 fishballs with that amount. Hahs.

Next, went to Newton to Debao's house. His dog is like so fat but nevertheless cute. I find the his condo's security guard quite scary though. -.-

Then it was back to my house to slack and wait for his mum. Played with Pudding while watching mrBean. I still remember when i was young, mum refused to let me watch any mrBean shows. She claims that he teaches the wrong things. Haha!

Off to Kovan to have dinner! Then tau huay after that.

Oh, upon bloghopping, i always realised people using the word 'aftermath' to sub 'after that'. Well, it's actually not very appropriate cause 'aftermath' is more commonly used figuratively to mean that which happens after a major event. -.-

Ayeeee, Twilight on Monday! Can't wait. (:

And thats Pudding at 3months+, she's super active and playful i must say. Eunice says i must invite her over sometime to see her. She even squealed. LOL. :D

Today was quite slacky, besides scripting. Helped my maid to pluck the beansprouts, hahaha! Tuitioned in the night, we're learning Differentiation, and it was quite crap at the beginning cause i dont understand a shit about it, but it was okay after some practice. Phew.

Amaths is always a killer. :/

Oh, and i saw VanessaT. too.

Went home and had Chocolate Fondue! Finally, Desmond can no longer tempt me with the pictures on his blog.

You must agree with me that the strawberry and the Fondue cup's hilariously cute. The only thing that's missing in place is icecream, omgomgomg.

Had piano earlyearlyearly this morning at around 10plus. You can count that as early for a person who slept at 5.30 last night. Then changed and met Alexia and Bernice at kovan. Lunched and shopped around.

Had fun choosing eggs and walking around finding disc rental shops. (:

The truth's harsh, i dont deny that. Whether its a recent or past event, everything just adds on to it. Coincidences and mistakes, or even fate? Its like spreading salt on your wound, how does that feel?

To forgive and forget, to reminisce and regret. How ironic, how contradicting.

Woke up to find my alarm ringing away, well, it wasnt a really good start cause i was dreaming such a rare nice dream. I was tearing in fact. How ironic, and so i slacked in bed for about an hour.

Dressed and went off to K at TopOne with my sis, mum and debao.

Sad to say but my vocal cords arent in good condition at that moment. Maybe the aircon's too freaking cold. Haha, excuses. :/

After K-ing for about 5hours, went off to Bugis and walked around. Eric & Rex came and Debao left. Then we headed to National Library to catch the drama Snow White.

Angeline watched it way before we did, and she commented that the guy that acted as Prince Charming was really cute. So yeah, i watched out for him today, and surprisingly, i found him cute as well. LOL.

The show's really entertaining! A mixture of english, mandarin, malay and hokkien. Best of all, it was directed by Hossan Leong - the politic jokes and all. They twisted the story abit too. (:

Well, im currently going to join the gang of people downstairs who are mahjong-ing. I suspect we're gonna play till like ~~4am~~ 5.20! in the morning and you can see me napping on the sofa. Hahs.

AndyLau's the coolest 47 year old man i ever met. His concert yesterday was awesome, the atmosphere was tense, his fans were high, the lighting was suspenseful, the graphics are pretty, the songs are catchy & the dancers are sexy.

Haha! Im so relieved i didnt gave up my ticket for a good price, i would have missed such a fabulous show. (:

Attended NCWO's ConFuoco II concert today. Met up with Mr Wu, Angeline, Bernice and Lloyd at compass point first, then after buying Cupwalker, walked over to school. Met Yikai on the way too.

Their concert's quite a sucess by the way. Ying's super pathetic, during intermission, she went around asking people whether we heard her solo part. Well, i told her i did but actually what i heard was her junior's solo. She was complaining away since then.

Aye, chill girl, its just merely 4bars. ;D

Alexia said she zhao xia-ed at the ThisOldMan's high note. I heard it! Lol!

i know i look freaking hideous in specs, i need my contacts asap!

Argh. I didnt want to change to WindowsVista due to many people complaining that it lags and catches viruses easily.

But! I didnt have a choice when my PC got changed, and now, it lags and hanged my taskmanager.

Great, help.

Tomorrow's gonna be interesting! Esprit shopping in the early afternoon, KTV in the afternoon, then AndyLau's concert in the night. Yays!

Oh, i heard from my mum that AndyLau's tickets are getting more and more expensive - It is selling as high as $800 on the net. Wow.

Linxian said he wanna bball with me. But tomorrow's not the day. Awwww.

Just in a few weeks or so, i think i'd travelled quite alot. And those destinations we travelled are mainly for FOOD. Hougang, Bedok, Redhill, Bukit Merah, Woodlands, Bishan, AngMoKio, Toa Payoh & Kembangan.

Goodness! A little exercise now should be useful. -.-

I've got GREAT news! We finally finished painting our house! Ohman, that's really a huge relief, now its just left with the cleaning up part and the reordering part.

Another piece of good news, ive finished watching Hotshot! It's really damn cool alrights? Even knowing that how they play basketball is ridiculously exaggerating, yet, it kept my eyes glued onto the tv screen, thats how power it is. However, the ending could have been made better. Hahs.

Anyways, im so looking forward to 6C's Christmas BBQ! Hope that everyone can really go, especially those i really missed, like Rachel and Tanha. (:

And Hongkiat! When are you going to teach me how to play the guitar? Your schedule's always packed with basketball uh.

Hmmm, i seriously think my Dad's already in the Christmas mood. He actually bought a classical disc full of Christmas songs and repeatedly kept it running over and over again on his laptop while he plays his Solitaire. It'd been like this for the whole day! Wow.

Mum was surprised, and so am i.
