This is PM Lee's 2006 National Rally. Well, it somehow backfired and it turned out to be a total joke. Nevertheless, it made me laugh my ass off. :D

I was reading the comments by people and found some quite interesting,

Hahaha! Seriously, i only know Laksa mai hum! But then right, i often go to the Kovan that stall and say, "Uncle, laksa jia hum." (add more hum). :D

• eriquerique, " He's obviously never eaten mee siam before, yet he's just trying to show that he's 'one of the guys' a.k.a a commoner. However, his intention totally backfired because everyone knows that there's no 'hum' in mee siam. I wonder what the Singaporean public think of him after this whole thing! "

Make sense yeah. But i've not seen the whole thing just this part, so i guess i cannot really comment about it too. LOL.

• AcrossXD, "mai hum means no cockles. LOL Noodle no cockles. I laughed when the girls say, mai ham mai ham mai ham. if they say infront of the hawker, the hawker slap them sia. "

Hahahahaha! This is totally funny! Imagine man! :D

Yup, i guess this is what he is trying to say. He'd probably said 'hum' without realising it. But then right, mee siam got mai hiam de meh! I thought mee siam is supposed to be eaten spicy.
